YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd is the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company to develop UiTM Campus in Mukim Semujuk, Jasin, Melaka whereas the company was awarded the right to develop the Campus under the PFI (Private Finance Initiative) concept by the Government of Malaysia on January, 2010. The Concession Agreement was signed on 4 May, 2010. This UiTM Jasin Campus offers three (3) major courses, namely Faculty of Applied Science, Faculty of Agriculture and Agrotechnology and Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics with total capacity of five thousand (5000) students.
