Datin Hajah Hartini Osman graduated from Cavendish College of London in field of Business Study and Marketing Communications. In 2015, Datin Hartini has obtained a Certificate In Leadership Best Practices from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA, and also she has attended an Advanced Management Programme (Amp 190) held by Harvard Business School, Boston, USA in 2016.

Datin has been assigned as the Project Co-ordinator responsible for the smooth and successful implementation of all YBK’s subsidiaries and PYBK projects. She is also group CEO for Prihatin Ehsan Holdings Sdn Bhd and the Chief Executive Officer to the YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd, the SPV Company formed to undertake the UiTM Campus Jasin Malacca. YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd was awarded the project under the PFI concept in January 2010 by the Private & Public Partnership Unit, Prime Minister Department.

Datin Hajah Hartini is an advisor of YBK before and since incorporation of YBK ( 1990 ) and was selected by the Founder as a member of the Board of Trustees for Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan. As a board member, Datin oversees various programs implementation and planning for YBK. At the same time, she is the Chairman for Asrama Kasih YBK in Serendah, Selangor since 1993.

Che Ayzayem holds a Diploma in Accounting, Computer and Management from Binary Business School.  He has over 19 years of experience in Construction Account.

Prior to joining YBK Usahasama,  he was an Assistant Finance Manager with Tenunan Budi Sdn Bhd and also attached as QMR.  His has a lot of working experience with a Class A Contractor such as Johawaki Sdn Bhd, Seri Meraga Construction Sdn Bhd  and JV with Ahmad Zaki Berhad.

His current role as a General Manager is to manage all matters relating to finance and accounts of the project in order to ensure the company's financial management is on track.

Puan Reena was a graduate from Multimedia University and holds a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce (Hons) in 2008. She begin her career with Permodalan YBK Sdn Bhd in 2008 as Assistant Project Executive. She then was transferred to YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd in 2010 the same year YBK Usahasama was awarded with UiTM Kampus Jasin project.

Since then, she has been handling and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors for the UiTM Kampus Jasin project. . Prior to the completion of UiTM Kampus Jasin, she is in charge of Project Department of the company which consists of technical team, asset management, maintenance department and business development.

First and foremost, Puan Siti Hajjrah binti Khalid was born in 1977 and graduated from Stamford College in Diploma Accounting in 1996. She started her career with Permodalan YBK Sdn Bhd from 1997 until 2001 as Account Assistant.  Thereafter, she joined KFC Catering Services Sdn Bhd at Glenmarie, Shah Alam and Region Food Industries Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of KFC Holdings Sdn Bhd) in Meru, Klang.

On 2004, she went to ELS Language Centers to further study in the Intermediate Level English Programme. Upon completion of her studies, she reunited with Permodalan YBK Sdn Bhd as an Account Executive and later on she was transferred to YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd. From 2014 onwards, she ventured into a new area, human resource with YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd. With almost 20 years’ experience in a commercial area, Puan Siti Hajjrah binti Khalid able to produce top-notch results in every task she was assigned.

Puan Aishah Osman, in average have work experience for more than 30 years. She was much involved in the field of Litigation and Corporate Conveyancing while working at the law firms in several law firms such as Allen & Gledhill, Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. and Messrs Cheang & Ariff. The experiences gained during more than 13 years while working in the legal field is valuable and priceless and she felt the need to change and move forward into the commercial field.

In 1997 she started a new career in commercial company, Eye On Egypt (M) Sdn Bhd for more than 13 years and until 2010 she stepped into YBK Usahasama. Starting as an Executive Secretary, then she was promoted to Asst. Manager and latest in April 2017, she was entrusted to hold a position as Asst. General Manager 1 (Corporate Affairs and Administration).

A diligent, decisive and conscientious in work, self-motivated and hardworking. Starting from the bottom, she always worked hard to raise her position and always think positive and nothing is impossible to achieve anything.

Puan Janita holds a LLB (Hons.) Bachelor in Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia  she has been in practise for 11 years majoring in  Corporate Litigation and Conveyancing at Messrs Mohd Azhar & Co., Messrs Saiful Kasri & Associates and Messrs Ranjit, Thomas  & Kula.

Prior to joining YBK Usahasama, she has resigned practising and become a Senior Legal Advisor for YBK Group of Companies.  Her executive qualities namely good in management, self motivated, planning oriented  action and strong research abilities and persistence.

NORHANI LAYALI BINTI ZAINAL ABIDIN

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - ACCOUNT & FINANCE

Norhani Layali Bt Zainal Abidin graduated with Degree In Accountancy from UIA in 1996. Gained experiences in the field of Audit for 2 years and as an Account Executive at forwarding company for 3 years before venturing into own business for about 12 years.

In 2010, she joined YBKU Group as assistant to Senior Project Manager for 2 years, as Assistant Account Manager for 3 years before promoted to Assistant General Manager – Finance & Accounts. With almost 18 years experience in business, audit and accounting field she is able to build up her strengths through self motivated, organizational skills , balance work-life perspective, manage to do multi-tasking and able to complete job within time line and good management skill.
